We’ve rolled out 3 new updates to our Forms:
1. Logic Jumps
3. Send SMS
You can now create advanced forms and trigger a notification to users that fill out your form.
Update #1: Logic Jumps
Let’s say you want to create a COVID-19 declaration form. Based on the user’s answer, you can show them either a different question or a response.
To activate logic jumps, you need to have at least one question on the form.
Let’s create a basic form to illustrate how logic jumps work.
STEP 1: Log in to the dashboard and hit ‘Create’
STEP 2: Click on ‘Create new’ to start from scratch
STEP 3: Add question(s)
I’ve added a Yes or No question: Have you been experiencing any COVID symptoms?. Once you click on Add, you will start seeing Logic Jump as one of the options.
STEP 4: Add 2 ‘thank you screen(s)’
If the user answers Yes, I’m going to redirect to a ‘Thank you screen’ that says “Please talk to a representative. Access is denied.”
If the answer is no, the screen will say “Access is granted”
STEP 5: Activate the logic jump
Click on ‘Add logic jump’
Setting up the logic jump is pretty easy. If someone answers ‘Yes’ to the question, then jump to the first thank you screen.
In all other cases,
jump to the second thank you screen.

Update #2: Calculator
The calculator allows you to assign a score or price based on the answers. You can create a quiz or a shopping basket.
Each answer can be given a different value and calculations can be made on those values.
To demonstrate how the calculator works, I’m going to create a new form similar to the one I just created with additional questions.
Let’s say that one question isn’t enough to decide whether access should be denied or granted. If the total score is more than or equal to 3, then access will be denied.
STEP 1: Add questions
I’ve added some questions from our COVID-19 templates (If you don’t want to create a form from scratch, use these templates and edit them as needed).
STEP 2: Click on ‘Calculator’ to assign a score
Click on ‘Add a calculation.’
For every ‘Yes’, add 1 to the score.
STEP 3: Set up the logic jump
Click on ‘Add logic jump’ on the last question.
If the score is = 2 or is greater than 2, then deny access and in other cases, grant access.

Update #3: Send SMS to users
You can now notify users that fill out the form with a customized text.
In the form, one question must ask for the phone number to activate the Send SMS option.
STEP 1: Create the form
I’ve duplicated the form that was just created and added a question that asks for the phone number.
STEP 2: Go to ‘Thank you screen’ and enable ‘Send SMS’
Once you enable the ‘Send SMS’ option, you have the ability to customize the message.
Test it out: Scan the QR Code and check your texts to view the message.
