On the Edit tab, fill in all the fields under the Profile information section. Your profile information includes the basics, such as your name, pronouns, headshot, and professional summary.

Step 7: Customize and download your digital business card
Click Next. On the last page, enter a name for your e-business card and save it.

Step 1: Navigate to the left panel and click ‘QR Codes’
Step 2: Click ‘Bulk upload’ and choose ‘Digital Business Card’
Click the Bulk upload button on the upper right corner of your screen.
Next, select the Digital Business Card campaign.
Step 3: Download the spreadsheet template and fill in all the relevant details
You can download either a CSV or an XLSX version of the bulk-upload template.
This template contains table headings that match each information field on your digital business card. It’s simply a matter of populating the details, so the platform can automatically create an e-business card with the details you input.
Added Tip: You can delete columns as necessary. But ensure a consistent data arrangement to avoid errors during the bulk-creation process.
Step 4: Upload the populated spreadsheet file
Note: You must upload your spreadsheet in either CSV or XLSX formats.
Once you’ve uploaded the file, the platform will begin generating the e-business card batch. If there are no data inconsistencies, you’ll move on to the next step.

Once you’ve added a Label to your batch and clicked Apply, you’ll get a notification that your bulk request is being processed.Depending on your batch size, the bulk creation process could take between 1 to 5 minutes.
